"The 90 Elgin Tim Horton's serves a building of around 2,000 persons yet has at most one cook and two forward-facing employees. I have never not seen a long queue present and it can take up to 10 minutes to be served a simple coffee. The employees do the best they can under the circumstances. Management must hire more staff.
