Yeast Donut: Made from enriched wheat flour and water, with palm oil shortening for a light, airy texture. Leavened with yeast and contains sugars (sugar and dextrose), soybean oil, and whey powder from milk. Also includes sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, salt, mono- and diglycerides, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, cornstarch, natural flavour, wheat starch, ascorbic acid, L-cysteine hydrochloride, and the enzymes amylase and xylanase.

Donut Glaze: A simple coating of sugar and water, with rowanberry fruit extract for colour. Contains guar gum, tapioca flour, modified potato starch, citric acid for pH control, agar, and xanthan gum.

Maple Icing: Prepared with icing sugar, maple syrup, and glucose from corn, along with a stabilizer blend of granulated sugar, calcium carbonate, glucose solids, agar, locust bean gum, xanthan gum, and mono- and diglycerides. Also contains water, natural flavour, corn starch, rowanberry fruit extract, caramel colour, and tapioca flour.
