"Went to the Trout Lake location in North Bay several times. For a store that was closed for awhile and renovated, I'm disappointed that evey time I've gone the display case for Donuts and other pastries is always near empty. When I questioned the staff up front, I was given a rude answer."

"If I could give a 0 star I would. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a Tim’s. They didn’t give me the receipt when asked for it. Burnt coffee and a bagel with cream cheese that I had to pay extra for with a touch of cream cheese. Please fix this issue as this time has drastically gone downhill."
