"Worst tim’s ever I Ordered iced coffee with extra cream, extra syrup, less ice. Cup was half empty. Point of less ice is to get more coffee, not less drink. Very disappointing service. The staff said we can’t due to our standard and there was no name tag, I think she was from southeast asia."
