"I asked for a large iced latte with protein milk and less ice, but they added way too much ice. When I asked them to remove some, they ended up dumping the espresso too, leaving me with mostly milk and ice. It would’ve been much better if they whipped the espresso first before adding the milk. Overall, not a great experience."
