"EDIT REVIEW: ZERO STARS As a very frequent visitor to tims every day, some days more than once, I work across the street from this tims location and for over A MONTH they haven't had a functional espresso machine. what may seem like a minor inconvenience to some its a big deal to me cause that's why I'm buying my coffee from here. Normally I get 2 coffees when i go in and that's over 10 bucks mostly cause of the shot of espresso and the cost isn't really the issue but is part of the problem is cost. as a customer i pay for my product and expect to get exactly what I'm paying for, I've bought coffees several times wash charged for the espresso and wasn't given it and i watched them the entire time not walk over and turn on the machine and hand me a regular coffee when i payed for the extra item. that's happened mostly at this location. as a musician i don't drink but i consume coffee before gigs and I've been all over NB and there's probably very few times I've been in and 612 King street takes the cake for being the most consistent at being the worst place to go, I'm honestly sick and tired of being told the same thing different day and your about to loose a valuable regular that has had enough of the lack of care from not only the folks that work at locations but you, the ones that are suppose to over see the operations quality control your locations and make sure the tools and products are up to par to be asking any form of payment for it should be up to the publics standards and this location has forgot about this. "
